Return Policy

At Story Time, it's easy to find online books that indeed appeal to your little child. Thanks to our strong code of ethics and collaboration with top courier companies - we take pride in maintaining the quality of books as well as punctuality of delivery. In the rare event that a wrong book is delivered to you, or the package sent is damaged - we have a customer-friendly return policy as well.


How can you avail of the return policy of our online bookstore?

1. You need to request for a return within seven (7) days of receiving a book/consignment of books.

2. You need to prove that the book delivered to you is indeed different from the one you had ordered. When you buy books online from us (via eBay), a unique Order ID is generated. You will have to mention that, as well as produce a copy of the confirmatory email.

3. For damage-related claims, you need to prove beyond justifiable doubt that the book(s) was/were damaged BEFORE you had opened the package. If a book gets soiled, torn or damaged in any other way by a buyer, the return policy becomes void.

4. Book returns have to be done in the original packaging box/envelope/carton sent from Story Time.

5. The book has to be in its original condition. We perform a thorough check, before accepting any return/refund requests.

6. Story Time is not responsible if you buy a book online and your kid does not find it appealing. It's up to you to purchase books online that would be loved by the intended recipient. There are no return options simply because someone does not 'like' the book!

7. You need to ensure that the built-in games and puzzles embedded in the books are in proper condition.

8. There are no options to return books on the grounds of delayed delivery - caused by unavoidable circumstances.

9. Provided that you apply for a return via proper channel and by adhering to all the above guidelines - we will be happy to provide a replacement. Chances of finding online books that look great, and getting substandard products, are practically nil at our bookstore though.
